• What is bizunlimited!?

  The bizunlimited! trading system uses a combination of cash and credits known as CCs. Once you become a trading partner you can set the amount of CCs you will accept for your service or product. The minimum is 10%. The more you trade, the more CCs you build-up in your bizunlimited! trading account.

  Getting started is easy - you'll even get a debitline of CC1000 to get you started. (Your bank will call it an overdraft and charge interest. We want to call it what it really is and charge no interest)

• How does it work and how will it benefit you?

  Say you're a printer and you're not using your presses to full capacity. So you promote a great offer on printed stationery to bizunlimited! Trading Partners for a limited period.

  You earn CCs and cash. Making sure you cover the cost of buying your raw materials with a small £cash%, you charge CC for the printing. You've just used your business resources more efficiently, gained new business AND improved your cash-flow.

  You use your CCs to pay for an engineer to service your presses and an accountant to prepare your accounts.

  By promoting that you accept CCs on your purchase orders and invoices you earn a CC bonus. Linking from your website to ours will earn you a further CC bonus.

• How do I become a bizunlimited! Trading Partner?

  • Go to www.bizunlimited.com to apply online and click on Join Now
  • Choose the level of membership you wish to apply for
  • Create and make a note of your user name, password and PIN
  • Enter your details, enter the code for your chosen level of membership and click register
  • Enter your payment details
  • Click Proceed
  • You will receive an email with a unique verification code. Just sign back in and verify your application with this code
  • Subject to our checking procedure, your account should be opened within five days

• How much does bizunlimited! cost?

  • Membership starts at just £97 + VAT per annum.
  • bizunlimited! charges a 2.5% transaction fee only on the CC part of purchases and sales
  • When you request a debit extension or high or frequent trading status a CC2% levy is paid to the debt reserve fund
  • There are NO monthly fees and NO hidden costs

• Do I have to pay tax on the CC income my company generates?

  Yes. CC income is just like cash income. Equally the CCs you spend on your business can be off-set against tax in the same way as £s. Ask your accountant for advice or email steve@bizunlimited.com

• How do I start trading?

  • Decide what CC% you will accept (you can change this at any time you like). The minimum is CC10%
  • Use the search facility to find suppliers and new clients
  • Start to sell your products or services for part CC and part £cash
  • Receive CCs from the buyer
  • Use CCs immediately to buy in the marketplace or 'bank' them for later
  • Receive the £cash element in the conventional way
  • Or buy in the marketplace before selling, using your authorised debit limit of CC1000

• Do you reward me if I refer my suppliers and colleagues?

  Yes! We reward you with CCs! Once you have joined, just:

  • sign in
  • click on Make Referral
  • enter your referrals' names and email addresses
  • click Send Referral
  • when they register you'll be rewarded with CCs and champagne

  It's that simple. Different levels of membership attract different levels of CC rewards:

• How do I get the best from bizunlimited!?

  bizunlimited! is just like any marketplace: the better your price and quality the more customers you win:

  • Always make bizunlimited your first port of call when looking for suppliers - best of all make www.bizunlimited.com your home page
  • The higher CC% you accept, the better your chance of winning business
  • Use bizunlimited! to promote your company 24 hours a day through the search facility
  • Always publish the CC% you are willing to take. A higher CC% will make sure you stay in bizunlimited's top search results
  • Special offers and promotions will attract more customers

  We've structured bizunlimited! so that any company can charge a mixture of CCs and conventional £s when selling.

  The key is always to make sure you charge enough £s to cover your basic service or product costs. So if you are a restaurateur it could be ingredients for meals. If you are an accountant it could be materials needed to prepare a client's year-end accounts. You charge the balance or margin in CCs.

  For example if your costs are 40%, accept a minimum of CC60% and £40%. CCs complement your cash business, they don't replace it.

  You've got the balance right, you know what you need for your business and what you want to spend your hard-earned CCs on. Hit the Search button, enter a few key words or a location and click Submit. Nothing comes up that takes your fancy? Email us and tell us what you are looking for.

  Better still click Make Referral to refer colleagues and contacts you would like to see in the marketplace. We'll do the rest.

  Come to one of our networking events where you'll meet other Trading Partners. Share with them what or who you're looking for.

  However, we will help you avoid building up too many CCs. Our system won't let you transact more than CC5000 in a 30-day period without prior consent. If your balance exceeds CC2000 at any one time we'll contact you. We'll ask if you want to spend, if you need something in particular or if you're interested in any online special offers. There's always great deals and they're regularly updated and promoted by your fellow Trading Partners.

• What do I do if I want to extend my debit line?

  If you need to extend your debitline for a specific purchase, just click on Apply for Debit Extension on your Manage Account page. Complete and submit the request and we'll come back to you within 48 hours. If we agree, we'll charge your account 2% in CCs. This will be paid into our Debt Reserve Fund. There is no interest on debit lines.

• What is the Debt Reserve Fund and how does it work?

  We maintain a Debt Reserve Fund to maintain the balance in the bizunlimited! economy. The mutual credit mechanism means that every debit is balanced by a credit. If a Trading Partner stops trading we ensure that you are paid the CCs you are owed to maintain that balance.

• Can I exchange my CC balance to cash?

  No. CCs are not a fully tradable currency. This means they can only be used to trade in the bizunlimited! marketplace. You can, however, buy products in the marketplace using your CCs and then sell those products in the conventional cash market.

• What checks will you make on my company when I apply for an account?

  We undertake a suitability check and we have partnered with Experian to undertake an Identity Check on every application. Creditsafe is the business information organisation most chosen by UK companies.

  Should you wish to extend your debit line later a good track record with bizunlimited!, a further credit check, and a compulsory contribution to the Debt Reserve fund are essential. These steps go some way to protect all our Trading Partners from potential bad debts.

• How do you add value to my business?

  Doing business the bizunlimited! way creates value in your business you may not have realised existed. If you are a start-up you will need basic business products and services just to launch. Buying them by trading your own services and products, using the minimum cash, lets you manage your cash-flow efficiently.

  It will be easier to get new business through the community. Established businesses benefit too. You might have downtime, unsold space or want more members to sign up for your service. Maybe you have excess stock or have been left with last year's lines. You can market them all through the bizunlimited! community. This means no more unnecessary discounting.

• How do I ensure my company's listing is always in the top search results?

  When you complete your profile for your new account, you are asked to specify the minimum CC% you will accept. The higher CC% you accept, the better chance you have of winning the business. A higher CC% ensures you are always in the top search results. Note: once you have set your minimum you must accept at least this % on all transactions

• How can I promote special offers to other Trading Partners?

  If you have Membership Plus level and upwards, you can create special offers and promotions through your Manage Account page. Each company can advertise a total of three promotions at any one time. Trading Partners can search for offers by date, location or CC%.

• How much of my business should I transact with CCs?

  The bizunlimited! marketplace is designed to complement your conventional cash business - not to replace it. Because you can choose the amount of cash and CCs you charge, you control what CC% is applicable to your business - or to each transaction.

  You might want to fix the rate at a given CC%. You could charge a smaller CC% on low margin goods and a higher percentage - possibly CC100% - on higher margin goods and services. Or maybe you want to offer a higher CC% on special promotions. You decide.

• Why should I do business with anything except cash?

  Conventional cash is expensive: whatever its source. Look at bank charges, credit facilities, loans, credit cards etc.

  Generating cash business is also expensive. There are salaries, commissions, premises, marketing, networking, distribution, packaging and cost of sales in general.

  Now look at using your own products and services to trade. Want to expand? Move to bigger offices? Lost a large customer and need new customers fast? Every business needs a little help some of the time. That's when our marketplace really comes into its own.
